The Boys to Men Rites of Passage Adventure Weekend changes beliefs; the follow-up group activities suppor the Journeymen during their formative adolescent years. This ongoing support is especially important and effective for the most at-rist boys, those without good men in their lives.

Our Community Mentoring Groups (also called Journeyman Groups or JGroup) help integrate this profound weekend experience into boy's lives. These groups create safe circles where boys can talk about the events, emotions, and experiences of their lives. Every Boys to Men event concludes with a peer discussion group for the boys. We have a full menu of questions, activities, and excercises to stimulate adocescent boys into fund and meaningful sharing. This gives the Journeymen a place they feel free to share the truths, hopes and challenges in their lives.

This ongoing community strengthens relationships among boys, their Mentors and their peers, making Boys to Men a powerful program that give boys what they need for their journey from adolescence to manhood.
